I live in a residential suburb on the outskirts of the city, about half an hour from the centre.I live in a modern flat on the seventh floor of a high-rise building.I live there with my parents and my younger sister.There are four rooms altogether: two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen with a small dining area.My favourite room is the living room because it's bright and spacious and opens onto a balcony with a great view.The walls are decorated quite simply, with a few pieces of artwork and some family photos, plus one wall painted a calming shade of blue.If I could change anything, it would be to have more storage space, since we're always running short of cupboards.I expect to stay here for the next few years, but eventually I'd love to buy a house with a garden.There's a supermarket, a gym, a few restaurants, and a large park just across the street.It's a peaceful, family-oriented area, it's quiet, safe, and most of my neighbours have young children.Not really, most people in my country, especially in the cities, live in flats rather than houses because land is so expensive.
